This event will take place on 28 October 2026, 11.45–16.50 CEST, at Centrum Kreatywności Targowa in Warsaw, as a side event of Circular Week 2026.
This interactive event will bring together policymakers, practitioners, businesses, researchers and organisations supporting the circular economy to exchange experiences, explore practical solutions and strengthen collaboration. The event will draw heavily on the experiences presented and discussed during the work of all CCRI Communities of Practice, and related EU-funded projects, it will showcase lessons learned from supporting cities and regions across Europe through knowledge development, mentoring, peer learning and practical implementation. Participants will explore proven approaches, governance models, practical tools and real-life examples to help overcome common implementation challenges and accelerate the circular transition in their own territories.
The programme combines expert presentations, interactive workshops and a roundtable with cities and regions sharing their experience, alongside a Knowledge Marketplace showcasing practical tools and resources. The event is held in a hybrid format; please note that the interactive workshop sessions are open to in-person participants only.
